Jojoba Cuticle Oil
2 TBS almond oil
2 TBS jojoba oil
2 TBS olive oil
2 tps honey
1 tsp vitamin E oil

Mix all ingredients together. Soak nails in warm water for 5-10 minutes, then dry. Massage the oil into your hands and feet and soothe each cuticle.
Spirulina & Honey Face Mask
Did you know that Spirulina is packed with nutrients that keep your skin feeling youthful?

2 TBS Honey
1 tsp Spirulina powder
2 tsp almond oil
5 drops rose essential oil

Mix all together and apply to face and neck. Relax for 20 minutes. Rinse with warm water. Use weekly.

Nightime Hand & Foot Paste
Here is the remedy for hard-working hands and feet.
​
1/4 cup ground almonds (or use a coffee grinder)
1/4 c dry oatmeal (grind to powder)
3 TBS cocoa butter
2 TBS honey

Combine all ingredients. Rub into hands and/or feet then cover with cotton socks or gloves. Leave overnight. Rinse with cool water in the morning.
Oily Skin Wash
Effectively remove dirt and residue from the face.

2 TBS apple cider vinegar
2 TBS distilled or spring water
​
Apply with a cotton ball. Avoid eyes. Pat dry.
Papaya Face Peel
Papain, a natural enzyme in papaya, removes dead skin cells.

1 packet unflavored gelatin
3 TBS spring water
1 papaya, peeled & seeded
​
In a saucepan, combine the gelatin and water. Dissolve over low heat. Place papaya in a blender and mix thoroughly. Strain and save the liquid. In a small bowl, combine gelatin and papaya juice. Refrigerate for 20 minutes allowing the gelatin to set. Spread gelatin over face and neck and relax. After 15 minutes, rinse with warm soaked towel.
Coconut Oil Night Cream
This cream contains lecithin which helps regenerate cell tissue.

1 egg
1/4 c sesame oil
1/4 c sunflower oil
1 tsp liquid lecithin
1 TBS fresh lemon juice
1/2 c coconut oil

Mix all ingredients in blender. Refrigerate for 1 hour, then blend again. Apply to face and neck before going to bed. Store in a jar in the refrigerator up to 2 weeks.
